We create mobile applications for educational institutes, which typically bear their name and logos, and are meant for use by their employees and guardians/parents of their students. We'll hereon refer to such institutes as 'the school'.

Basic personal information including but not limited to names, mobile numbers and address of certain users are shared with us and are stored on our servers to facilitate the application's intended functions. Non personal information including scholarship details are shared as well.

We use mobile numbers to verify a user's identity during the login process. This helps ensure the security of their account and prevents unauthorized access.

User Profile and Communication

Scholarship details and basic contact information make up a user's profile. Communication from the school is further directed to a subset of users using provided scholar information.

We take data security seriously. Your information is stored securely on our servers and is accessible only to authorized personnel. We implement industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your information.

We retain data on our servers until the application remains in commission or until a user requests deletion of their data.

We do not share your information with any third-party services, advertisers, or marketing agencies. Your data remains confidential within our servers.

You have the right to:

• Request an update of data in our app.
• Request the deletion of your account and associated data. Kindly note that this will render the app unusable to you.
